Firesio Warranty Inc. provides Firesio Warranty, and these terms govern its use.
The agreement
This agreement is between your business and Firesio Warranty Inc. Installing or using Firesio Warranty constitutes agreement to these Terms of Service.
What the app does
Firesio Warranty provides Shopify store owners with tools to create warranty plans, automatically issue warranty certificates, and review customer warranty claims.
Fees and billing
Subscription fees, feature limits, and billing intervals are detailed on our pricing page and processed through Shopify Managed Pricing. You may change or cancel your subscription at any time without contacting support.
Acceptable use
You may not use the app for fraudulent activities, abuse system resources, attempt unauthorized access, or violate Shopify's Acceptable Use Policy.
Availability and support
We target 99.9% service uptime. Support is provided via email at support@firesiowarranty.com during normal business hours with response times based on your active plan tier.
Liability and warranties
The service is provided on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Firesio Warranty Inc. disclaims all express or implied warranties, and total liability is limited to fees paid by you in the preceding twelve months.
Termination
You may terminate this agreement at any time by uninstalling the application from your Shopify admin. Stored tenant records will be purged upon receiving Shopify's redaction webhook.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict of laws principles.
